Set your selling price
The right price covers what an order costs you and leaves a margin, even when some parcels come back.
What a delivered order costs you
- The product: the wholesale price in the marketplace, or what you paid for it.
- The service fees: confirmation and delivery, according to your plan.
- The advertising spent to get the order.
- The returns: the parcels that come back cost a delivery too.
A simple method
- Margin per delivered order = selling price − product − fees.
- Multiply it by the number of orders you expect to be delivered.
- Subtract the cost of the returns and of the advertising.
Example, with round numbers: a product sold 79 DT, bought 35 DT, with 10 DT of fees, leaves 34 DT per delivered order. Out of 100 confirmed orders, if 70 are delivered: 70 × 34 = 2,380 DT, before the returns and the advertising.

Tips
- Start from the suggested price shown in the marketplace.
- Offer packs (two products, or a product and its refill) to raise the basket.
- Do not compete only on price: photos, trust and fast delivery sell too.
