Sell online in Tunisia without stock

Many customers in Tunisia prefer to pay when the parcel arrives. Cash on delivery reassures them, but it asks the seller for work: call each customer, pack, ship, follow the parcels and collect the cash. Here is how to start without buying stock and without doing it all yourself.

How it works with Fulfiller

1. Choose products in the marketplace, sold under your own brand, or bring your own products to our warehouse.
2. Set your selling price and show the products on your store or your social pages.
3. The orders reach your space: from your connected store, or added by hand.
4. Our call centre calls each customer to confirm the order and the address.
5. We pack the confirmed orders and hand them to the carrier.
6. The cash collected is added to your wallet, minus the wholesale price and the fees; you withdraw it to your bank account.

What you need to start

• A place to show your products: a Facebook, Instagram or TikTok page, or a store (Shopify, WooCommerce, YouCan…).
• A budget to make them known, usually with ads.
• A few products you believe in, with a clear promise and real photos.

Mistakes to avoid

• Choosing a price that leaves no margin once the fees and the returns are counted.
• Promising a delivery time that cannot be kept.
• Shipping without confirming: an unconfirmed order often comes back.
