When do I pay the fees?
Fees are taken from your wallet when an order is confirmed, delivered or returned. Nothing is taken for cancelled orders.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Ask for another plan from your dashboard; our team switches it for you.
How do I get paid?
The cash collected is credited to your wallet once the carrier has paid us. You ask for a bank transfer whenever you want.
