The data we handle
- Accounts (sellers, suppliers, couriers, team): name, company, e-mail address, phone number, address, the bank details given for withdrawals and the documents you send us.
- Orders: the name, phone number and delivery address of the customers, and what they ordered, sent by the sellers or by their connected shops so that the parcels can be confirmed and delivered.
- Confirmation calls: the result of each call (answered, confirmed, cancelled, to call back), its date and its length.
- Browsing: the necessary cookies and, only if you accept it, page views counted without any identifier. See the cookie policy
Why we use them
- To provide the service: receive the orders, confirm them by phone, store, pack, ship, collect the cash and pay what is due.
- To manage the accounts, the wallets, the withdrawals and the invoices, and to answer your messages.
- To meet our legal obligations, in particular accounting.
- To improve the platform, with figures added up or made anonymous.
Who receives them
- The carriers receive what they need to deliver a parcel: the customer's name, phone number and address, and the amount to collect.
- Each seller sees the orders of their own customers; each supplier, what concerns their products.
- Our technical providers (hosting, e-mail sending) handle data only on our behalf.
- When we ask an outside analysis service to sum up the opinions you send us, names, phone numbers and addresses are removed first.
We never sell personal data, and we use no advertising tracker.
How long we keep them
Account data, as long as the account is open, then as long as the law requires. Order data, as long as needed for the delivery, the returns, the claims and the accounting. Page view counts keep nothing personal.
Security
The website only works over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Each member of the team only sees what their role needs, passwords are never kept in readable form, and the data is saved every day.
Your rights
Under Tunisian Organic Law No. 2004-63 of 27 July 2004 on the protection of personal data, you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and object to its use for a legitimate reason. Write to us at the address above; customers of a seller can also write to that seller. You can also refer to the national authority for the protection of personal data (INPDP).
