1. Purpose
These terms set the rules for using the website fulfiller.net and the Fulfiller spaces (sellers, suppliers, couriers, team). The services themselves are governed by the seller agreement, the plans and, for suppliers, the conditions agreed when their application is approved.
2. Accounts
You give exact information and keep it up to date, keep your password to yourself and tell us at once if someone else may have used your account. Fulfiller may refuse an application, or suspend an account that breaks these terms, after telling its holder when possible.
3. Products and orders
Only lawful products may be sold: no counterfeit, no dangerous or forbidden product. Each seller is responsible for what they promise about their products and for their prices; each supplier, for the quality and the conformity of their products, including the rules that apply to food supplements and cosmetics.
4. Money
The cash collected on delivery is added to the wallet once the carrier has paid it, minus the wholesale price and the fees of the plan. It can be withdrawn after the delay shown in the wallet.
5. Use of the platform
It is forbidden to disturb the platform, to try to reach data you are not allowed to see, or to copy the catalogue or the data automatically.
6. Liability
Fulfiller does its best to keep the platform available and the data safe, but cannot promise that it will never stop. Fulfiller is not liable for indirect losses, nor for delays caused by carriers or by events beyond its control.

These terms may change; the date at the top shows the last version. They are governed by Tunisian law. In case of dispute, we first look for an amicable solution; failing that, the competent courts of Tunis decide.
